The subject matter includes: fragments that shift across the subconscious leaving only a shadow, an essence of a patina, the dust found in a crack, an omitted word, flotsam found along a lost highway, the desktop of an unknown and forgotten author, lint from a lost love, broken dreams of neon. The brilliance of a long-gone vision, although muted by the dust of time and scarred by the passing glaciers, can still be made visible. A ‘dream archeologist’, charts the surviving plain by whatever ‘tools’ he finds strewn about. In the silence of the dream, he calls to past colleagues.
